Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel a trip: Cancel 61 or more days before departure and we will refund your deposit less a $100.00 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel between 60 and 31 days before departure you will receive a 50% refund. Cancel 30 days or less and there is zero refund.  We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Trip Insurance may be purchased using the enclosed brochure or by calling us. Summer Feet Cycling LLC assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline or hotel reservations or other travel costs.  In the unlikely event that Summer Feet cancels a trip you will receive a heartfelt apology, a tale of woe, and a 100% refund
