From the quiet coves of Clark Island to Bar Harbor's thriving downtown and Acadia's carriage roads, our weeklong trip will delight families of all ages.
Day 1 - Cycling a Quiet Island and a Lobster Feast
The guides will meet you in Bangor for the transfer to Clark Island. After introductions and a picnic lunch overlooking the ocean, we enjoy a short ride around Rackliff Island.

Day 2 - Cycling to the Village of Port Clyde and Exploring Marshall Point
Today we enjoy some of the finest cycling in Maine as we ride to the charming village of Port Clyde and the Marshall Point Light. After a picnic lunch at the lighthouse, choose to visit the Owls Head Transportation Museum, enjoy a swim at the beach, or some family time. Meals B,L,D

Day 3 - An Easy Hike and Exploring Maine's Maritime History
Our family vacation continues with a visit to Camden and a morning hike in the Camden Hills for breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay. On our way to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park we stop at the Penobscot Maritime Museum for lunch and exploration.

Day 4 - Kayaking Coastal Waters and a Lobster Boat Excursion on Frenchman Bay
In the morning we explore Maine's prettiest ocean coves and inlets by kayak, and in the afternoon we learn all about Maine lobsters as we cruise Frenchman Bay on a working lobster boat.

Day 5 - Cycling Acadia National Park's Famous Carriage Roads
No Maine bike tour is complete without a ride on the Carriage Roads of Acadia National Park. A gift from the Rockefeller family, the Carriage Roads offer a two wheeled journey through one of the nation's most breathtaking national parks. After lunch, the afternoon is yours to explore Bar Harbor, or for an optional hike.

Day 6 - A Free Morning and Transfer
