Visitors came to Maine's Coast in the 1800's as wealthy families from Eastern cities traveled to escape the summer heat. From the thousands of miles of unspoiled coastline, they selected Bar Harbor and Camden as the sites of their summer cottages. Our weeklong adventure explores the best of these summer communities.
