Maine Bike Tours
Week Long Bike Tours
All our 6 or 7 day tours include all transfers. The pick up point for each trip is Portland, Maine. Boston’s Logan Airport and the Manchester, New Hampshire airport are within easy driving distance of Portland and often offer cheaper air fares.
Week End Bike Tours
On all our weekend tours, your leaders will meet you at the inn at 2:00 pm on the first day of the tour. All of our weekend tours are within a two hour drive of Portland. If you are arriving in Portland the day before the trip and leaving the day after the trip concludes, the trip leaders can bring you from/to Portland.
Mid-Coast Limo (www.midcoastlimo.com) 800-937-2424 offers regular shuttle service up the coast and the trip leaders can collect you from the Mid-Coast drop off point.
Airport Information

Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) www.Massport.com/logan, 1-800-23-LOGAN, is approximately 2.0 hours from Portland and 4.0 hours from Bangor is served by all major airlines, and all major rental car companies.

If you Drive to Nova Scotia
The best way to reach Halifax by car is via ferry through Saint John, New Brunswick. Bay Ferries offers two ferries per day from Saint John, NB to Digby, NS. Vehicle fares start at $80 CAD each way with an additional charge of $40.00 CAD per person each way. The ferry ride takes about 3 hours.
